Give this a try:
Open your Phone app and tap the Keypad tab.
Dial the following exact sequence: **61*44310*11*XX#Replace the XX with the number of seconds you want your phone to ring.
You can choose 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30. (For example, use 30 to make it ring for the maximum of 30 seconds).
Tap the Call button. A pop-up will appear on your screen confirming that the call forwarding registration was successful
