Returns

Sent a phone back but mistakenly put it in packaging for router reported it via customer line got a query number but haven't heard anything in a week have got the tracked order receipt

As you were probably told the package will gave gone to a completely different warehouse in a completely different part of the country so it will take a while for it to be found almost certainly more than a week.
