We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

 

Returned devices are apparently taking about 3 weeks to process, examine for damage etc and in the case of swap returns their value confirmed. If it's been longer than that you'll need to contact Sky to chase it up. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting safe just in case.
