Returns

I returned a tablet using skys packaging and returns lable. When i track the parcel it says Norwich DO as received my parcel and the parcel is ready for delivery and they aim is to delivery it today. The same message as been on 3 days now. Contacted sky and they haven't received my parcel and contacted the post office and i have to wait 7 days before they will look into it.
Sky is going to charge me for the tablet if they don't receive my tablet back by next Tuesday if though i can prove the parcel is stuck at Norwich DO
Can they do this. It isn't my fault

As you have done your bit by returning it then what happens next is not your fault but there might be a timescale in which Sky are accepting the tablet to arrive, so if it doesn't has it is still stuck in the system then a charge might be applied but with that proof of posting receipt it should be fairly easy to prove that it has been returned by calling them should this arise.
