Returns box

How long does it take for returns box to arrive? Been stuck with broken phone over a week

Do you have anything you can use or get your hands on because if so all you then need from Sky is the return label and the chances are they will email this to you if you able to print it as it might speed this up if the packaging hasn't arrived.

So I called back and the sky representative said it must have been lost in the post she then sent me a returns address via text message and advised me to pack tje phone and send to address. I called again to say I hadn't heard anything only to be told she gave me wrong address and my phone is now lost. I have been 5 weeks no phone and even though they have admitted fault I was billed. Now back to not hearing anything and having to reiterate this whole situation over the phone this evening. Total shambles. I have been a reputable sky customer I've been treated very unfairly

I have, it's a last resort to be honest. I feel sky could have handled this a lot better. I'm fed up repeating things over and over. Nothing seems to be getting done. I work shifts and haven't got the time to keep calling its becoming so frustrating
