Returns Process

I returned my device last week, on the 12th Sky emailed me to say they have it but (based on 2 previous returns) I never got the email about the credit agreement being cancelled. I know not everyday is the same but from past experience with family members returning a device, once the 'Device Recieved By Sky' email came through, the 'Your recent Sky Mobile order' email, detailing about the credit agreement being cancelled, came around an hour later.

 

My main concern is the email from Sky is different too - for some reason my email contains a reference number and doesn't mention anything about a return, compared to a family members email which does.

When I contact Sky via Live Chat, the bot tells me there are no subscribtions on my account and when looking at My Sky, the device is no longer listed, but they couldn't tell me if the return was completed (even with the reference number I gave them) and the credit agreement cancelled or not.

Before returning the phone did you contact Sky and are you returning this when you are in the 30 day cooling off period ?

Yep - I notified Sky on the day it was delivered, I didn't even open the box.
