Returning old phone
I've returned my old phone and I am using my new one however I keep getting emails saying they haven't recieved my old phone. Tracking shows it was delivered on 29/10

It will take a while for the device to be processed, checked for damage and value ascertained so keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
If you continue to receive emails about non return you will need to call Sky (the Messaging Team on here can't help with mobile returns).
