Returning device
Hi,
Wanting to return a device that unfortunately I don't like it's not for me

If you have had it for 30 days or less then you can do this by calling Sky, if you have had it for longer then you might not be able to cancel the contract and return the device.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
