Returning an opened mobile phone

Good afternoon. I purchased an iPhone 15 pro max which got delivered last week. Obviously I have used it but there have been many times where the signal shows as strong but no 4G/5G works and it won't connect to any WiFi, either public or home. Only way around this is to reset network settings on the device which means I then have to keep re entering WiFi password.

 

This is clearly a fauly with the phone.

 

Is it an option to return an open/used phone for a refund?

Hi, I received my iPhone 16 pro on 5th October but I've changed my mind. Because it’s not fulfil my expectations. So I need to return it. Could you please confirm me about return procure and send me the return code also? I'm looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Many thanks

We are customers here, not Sky Customer Services. As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Are you saying the wrong phone was delivered? If that's the case call Sky to report it. If it's just that you don't like the phone then the advice in my earlier post (immediately above yours) applies.
