Returning a new phone- returns label???

I took out a phone deal, a d despite cancelling the deal jusg a couple of days later- sky still delieverd the device a week later (after i had cancelled it!) i have since called 4/5 times for them to send me a returns label- and they said they were having problems their end and could not send me the returns label. So i need to send this phone back- ive cancelled it in plenty of time- told them i need a returns label in plenty of time- but i still have not heard anything back after a week now. what should i do?

Usually there should be a small return label on the inside of it that can be used.

When you do return this make sure you get a keep the receipt you will be given for the tracking details.
