Returned upgrade

Some time ago, I returned an iPhone SE after an upgrade, I have just looked through my account and this phone is still being billed to me. Is there a direct email address to send a complaint to, as the phone is shown as received on tracking, and I now owe less than the agreed value.

Personally I would call Sky as it would be easier to talk to someone about this, 150 being the number to call Sky and if you do say no when asked if you want a text or to go online.
