Returned phone

Hi, I returned a phone that I ordered on the 5th November as when I tried to activate the SIM I couldnt do it. So I spoke to a lady who said my account hadn't been logged in correctly when I ordered it and that I would never be able to see the bill or add the data to my other 3 phone contracts. She advised to return the phone which I did and it's been received by sky and I ordered another phone through the lady. She said i would be charged first payment but she would put it on reverse but I still haven't received the money back.

As you did before you will need to call Sky about this as only tey can issue the refund for the phone.
