I have a iPhone 17 that I am trying to return. I have rang 14 times and I have a complaint open for over 80 days now. I am sick of ringing, the last two times I have rang I've asked for the complaint s department im told they don't have a direct line and someone will contact me within 72 hours,...nothing! Then last Thursday I get a call while I am at work they left a voicemail saying they would call back. One week later still nothing! And to top it off they have taken payment for the phone I'm trying to return out of my bank even though the last person I spoke to assured me I would not be charged! Oh and then they've put our bills up by £1.50 a month!!! Anyone else had anything like this?

Why are you trying to return this phone, have you changed your mind about it as you can only do this if you have had it for 31 days or less if this is the case. If this is why you want to return it then have Sky not sent you the packaging to return it as you haven't said why you have put a complaint in ?

I recieved the phone and decided to return it straight away they said they would send me some packaging and it never arrived. When I called them again a sky staff member said return it in the packaging you've been sent for your iPhone 16 so I did, I then got a call saying the phone needed to be sent back to me so I could return it back and they would call me back once the phone had arrived with me. They sent no packaging inside the parcel and Ive rang every week and no one can seem to send me some returns packaging apart from the complaints department everytime I ask to be put through I just get put through to a different department and tell my whole story to someone else everytime , I've logged 3 complaints so far and still got no where.  It's so frustrating

It seems an odd way to work in that they wanted to return the phone back to you so you can send it back to them.

 

If you put in a complaint this gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve it or you can request the deadlock letter which will allow you to take it further:
