Hello I bought a phone from you on credit today but I haven't received it yet. I don't want the phone anymore and I want to buy a laptop and headphones. Can you cancel the phone and give it to me?

You're not contact Sky here.

 

To cancel an order you have to call them.

 

You can order alternative devices at any time but will be credit checked again.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
