I have purchased a new phone with the swap option. Received phone but packaging to return old phone

You should use the box your new phone came in and use the returns label already supplied.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-return-old-swap-device

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
