Return phone

I have just swapped my old phone, to upgrade,  my old one is out of contract and have been told that if I return my old one I get £25 credit.

do I have to send my old one back to Sky.

Hi @RAFMAB822  you don't have to send it back but if you arranged a swap you will need to call sky to cancel it. Not sure how you managed it as if the phones paid for then you can't normally do a swap.
