Return phone still being charged

Hello my mobile was returned to you and I have an email to prove this please explain why I am still having payments taken out of my account.

i was assured this would not happen and the return of my phone would end my contract with you.?

@Heatherwilliams  Your post has been moved fro  the email forum as you are not actually emailing Sky, it is intended for Sky/Yahoo email issues.

 

Also you're not contacting Sky customer services by posting on the community.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Heatherwilliams  did you return the phone in the 31 day cooling off period ? When did you return it as it takes 2-3 weeks to process returns, this will be longer over the Christmas period ?
