Return packaging

How do I get a return package.  I need to return an iPad that I no longer need

Presumably a new purchase?


If so and you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through their returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

How long have you had this iPad because if it is more than 31 days then the chances are Sky will not let you cancel and return it.
