Return item
Hello I would like to return my iPad that I just received. I recently had a phone call with sky asking if I can cancel my order however I was told it was already on its way and that when it arrives I just need to refuse the order and then it will be sent back to you guys so you can cancel the order. However, even though it says it will only be delivered if I have ID, It was delivered to my neighbour and I couldn't refuse the delivery as it wasn't delivered to me. Please could I have a returns label to return this item

Re: Return item
There might well be a return label on the inside of the packaging you can use and even if there is now that you have it you will need to call Sky so they can process the cancellation for you. let them know if you can't find the return label as they will work out the best way to get it to you.
When you do send it off make sure you get and keep proof of posting.

@Zayna467
As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
