Return iPhone and macbook

I ordered an iPhone and a MacBook, but then changed my mind. I called Sky on the same day I received the items (18th April 2026) to request a return. They told me they would send return packaging, but I still haven’t received it. Today is 4th May, and despite contacting Sky more than 20 times, no one has provided a clear solution.

It has now been over 16 days, and I only have a few days left before I need to leave the UK on 7th May due to a family emergency. I won’t be able to return for 3–4 months. Because of this unexpected situation, I can no longer afford to keep the devices due to emergency situation. Could someone please advise me on how to resolve this as soon as possible? This situation is causing me a lot of stress and pressure.

Hi @imalkashehan  all you can do is persevere on the phone and perhaps try an official complaint but that can take weeks to resolve.

Yes @imalkashehan  they should be able to, try requesting that when you call them.
