Retuning phone

Hello I received my new phone and without knowing the box ripped before I realised we had to send me old back in that can I just package it my self with the label u sent with the box

Hi @Emily182  you will need to call sky on 150 to arrange for another to be sent.

@Emily182 

I should imagine using your own packing will be fine as long as it has that return label on it. Also make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.
