Restritive serices

Sky keep on telling me whilst in the app. That i have restrictive service. My bills are paid. So i havent a clue what the issue is. TIA

If your mobile is working are you saying you are seeing a restricted message when trying to access parts of your account on the app, if so are you just a Sky mobile customer ?

All you can do is to call Sky on 150 for help with this.
