Good Morning
Logged on to my Sky app this morning and went to look at my options when upgrading my phone.
The following message appeared: -
"Your services are currently being restricted.
There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."
I clicked the button to "reinstate" my services which took me to bills. These are all up to date and services resumed.
But they are not and get the same message.
Payment for sky mobile usually goes out on 01 of the month. This doesn't appear to have gone even though there is more than enough to pay it. Sky Mobile billing says the payment is deferred until 26 August. I've not done this, I've not deferred anything, there is always money in the account to pay.
Only thing I can think of is the contract is up on 01 September.
Any ideas before I call Sky?

If so if your Sky Mobile itself still working so can you make calls, send texts and use mobile data or has this been restricted as well ?
