Restricted services

I am trying to upgrade my phone but every time I click to fo so its saying your services are restricted. All bills are up to date and I'm having no service problems on my sim. I have phoned sky numerous times and still hasn't been fixed. I am hoping for it fixing before the new iphone is launched. Please help

Hi @Jodz1994  as this is mainly a customer helps customer area you will need to persevere on the phone to try and get it sorted or call sky to place any orders.
