Replecament sim

How do I order a replacement sim? My son got a new phone for Xmas that doesn't support the e sim which he has in the current phone.

@Bexyjg  If they want to keep the number they would need to have it converted to physical sim and Sky will send one out via Royal Mail.  https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/
