Replacement sim

I rang up to get a replacement  sim for my grandsons phone ,as his got damaged, that was nearly 2 weeks ago, I still haven't  received it.

Hi @Janeyk1  it usually only takes a couple of days so you may need to ring again. Make sure they are sending it to the address on your account.
