Replacement sim

Hi, I have been backpacking for ten months and using many different SIM cards, in the process I have lost my original sky mobile SIM which I will need when I arrive home in ten days. I can't call sky to request as I have only a data e-sim, the virtual assistant doesn't understand 'replace SIM card' and the only help online helps me troubleshoot a broken SIM, report my device lost (by calling) or pointing me to outright call. I just need an online form or a webchat to a real person. Anybody know of any other options?

Thanks for this, it looked promising to begin with but doesn't allow me to order one. Only troubleshoot, convert to esim (which needs to texty number a code) or report lost or stolen which can only be done via phone.

 

The search continues.
