Replacement sim required

My mother has thrown out her old (useless) phone with the SIM card in it. I need to get her a new sim card.

 

I've looked at MySky but can't see anything. Any help appreciated!

The only way to get a replacement sim from Sky is by either the account holder calling them or using social media to make contact.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
