Replacement sim card

I sent back the sim card along with the Samsung Galaxy a16 phone by mistake once I cleared the phone i put it in the return envelope and put the SIM card in as well now you are chasing me for money which I am willing to pay once I receive a REPLACEMENT SIM CARD and I can use it and everything will be sorted out thank Angela Barr give me a email as I work daft hours and keep missing your calls while am on the engineer you sent out for my broadband told me i need a new hub and was putting it on his work sheet but my main question is the sim card and i will pay what I owe and start using the number

Replacement sim card and sort out my broadband hub needs a new hub the engineer told me and was putting it on his job sheet but my main question is the sim card and I can start using the number and pay what I owe thanks Angela Barr

@DunsyB  In case you're not aware you are not talking to Sky Customer services, this is a customer led community.

 

Did you order a replacement sim card?  You didn't need to return the sim card and returning won't get a replacement sent.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You're not contacting Sky Customer Services here.

 

However, you won't be able to resolve the issue by withholding payment.  If you withhold payment then you are liable for late payment charges, restricted services and potential credit markers.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
