Ive had a new phone my old one is out of contract how do I remove it off my devices on the app

Hi @neville2015 you can't, any devices sent back to sky/swapped will drop off in a few months, if you haven't returned it then it stays on your account and can't be removed. It won't affect you placing new orders.
