Reinstate mobile account

My sky mobile account has been. Totally cut off. Can't receive or make calls still after paying bill in full. Why is this and how do I get in touch with sky if I can't ring out?

Are you saying it has been restricted due to a bill being paid late or possible due to a fault on the network, if the later then does anything appear here for you:

If it was restricted and you made payment today then you may have to wait until Monday for the payment to clear.

 

Try calling 150 - that may work.

Phone was cut off due to late payment but paid in full last night

It comes up not registered on network when I try to call 150 or any other number

As well as paying the bill in full have you also set up your monthly payment method as this need to be done as well.

Then you may have to wait until next week for the payment to clear.

Oh.  They've cancelled the credit agreement due to breach.

In that case you do need to find a way to contact them about this as they are known to cancel accounts if no payment has been made after 56 days but as you were on a payment holiday then that shouldn't have happened I would have thought.
