Hello,
My skill bill was not paid for 3 months due to personal reasons and was sent to a Debt agency, I was still able to receive calls just not make them. however I owed £344 and was due to pay this, the day I went to pay this it changed to the full amount of my phone £1315 and I was no longer able to revive calls as my sim got cancelled. I was told on the phone if I paid the £344 I would be able to reinstate my services and get back to normal however I have now paid the £344 and my sim is still cancelled and it now says I owe £971. I have tried to speak to them on another phone but constantly being put on hold for hours on end , My question is will I be able to reset up monthly payments and go on as normal as I have now paid up to what was owed? Please can somebody help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky are within their rights to cancel your service as their terms and conditions allow them to do this is a bill has not been paid for 56 days or more. If you have no paid what you owe in full then only by asking Sky will they be able to answer that for you as we are all customers on here so we can't say what answer they will give you.
