Refused delivery

I ordered the iPhone 16 in pink then was told it couldn't be delivered for a few weeks so ordered the white one within a few days the pink one was delivered but we refused the delivery and on did it says going back to sky but it's been a week and still showing on sky that we have 2 devices has anyone had this before and got a rough timescale

Returns can take 2 to 3 weeks to process...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Two to three weeks is the usually timescale for returned devices to be received into stock so once it has been longer than this you will have to take it up with Sky by calling them.
