Refused Delivery

I refused to take delivery of a product which I ordered. This was on advice by Sky themselves as I had ordered the wrong thing and had re-ordered the correct product. I'm still seeing the product listed in the Sky app. It has been a week now. The product that I did want has since been delivered. Both products are still showing as delivery outstanding. How do I resolve this so I don't get charged for something I don't have?

Returns are taking 3-4 weeks to process.  It may be even longer over the festive period...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
