Refund
I paid a £142 down payment on a laptop and then I got rejected and I had a message saying my refund has been processed but they've only credited my account not refunded into my bank account

Having failed the credit checks any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.
