Refund

I've been waiting ten days for. A refund when  the person on the phone said they will get my refund sorted as quickly as possible within 3/5 working days can some one please help me

@Mary137  You would need to call as advised, however as advised Sky systems are having issues today.

 

When did you request your refund originally as any days quoted usually refer to working days.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What's the refund for? Is it showing as a credit on your Sky mobile account?

I ordered an iPads they didn't have that colour I phoned up they cancelled that order and then sent me a email about refunding me for that device

Okay. You will need to persevere on the phone but I believe the call centres are having some technical issues this morning which may delay things.
