I've been waiting ten days for. A refund when the person on the phone said they will get my refund sorted as quickly as possible within 3/5 working days can some one please help me

@Mary137 You would need to call as advised, however as advised Sky systems are having issues today.
When did you request your refund originally as any days quoted usually refer to working days.

I ordered an iPads they didn't have that colour I phoned up they cancelled that order and then sent me a email about refunding me for that device
