Refund

I paid my sky bill manually I phoned them they refunded me my money I received it yesterday, I've woke up this morning and they've taken it not even 24 hours after refunding me. This isn't showing in the app just pending in my bank. Can anyone help please

Hi @Jessica59  if it's pending in your bank I don't think there is anything you can do. Once it goes through and appears as credit in your account then we can escalate it from here to help you get it refunded.

I'm more confused why they've refunded me my money then decided to take it even though the bill is paid hence why they have refunded me the first time! Thank you very much I think I will call them tomorrow @63johnw
