Refund

I tried to make an order but they declined my application. However, I paid for the charger but they still didn’t give me back yet.

 

It’s now for long time.

 

I called one day they said they will pay back as soon as possible.

Was this for a mobile/tablet and you failed the credit checks?

If so any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.
