Refund

I wonder if Sky mobile will be refunding for two weeks of no service in Leeds - and the chat function is also down so unable to contact anyone at work. It gives the option to call them which is helpful as I have NO NETWORK!!!!

Hi @K-Lou  once your network has been restored if you call sky on 150 they should offer some discount on your bill for the lack of service.
