Refund request

Hi team, It's been almost a month now. I was promised to get a refund by 14th of this month and no updates yet. The customer care will assure the refund but no updates yet. Kindly please update my request for a refund. Thankyou, Vinod raj

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
