I return mobile and change my mind i cancel and send back mobile when my upfront payment back kindly reply as soon as possible

Did you call Sky and tell them you had changed your mind as you needed to have doe this within 30 days of receiving the phone, if you did then what you paid should be refunded with 3-4 weeks. If you didn't then you need to phone them about this.
