Refund not received

Hi, I paid an upfront cost for an iPhone 15. However it wouldnt arrive in time so I reordered a different colour. The lady said I would receive a refund for the one I originally ordered. This was on the 22nd of December.

You'll need to contact Sky to chase this up. Easiest way is by call free on 150 from your new Sky mobile.
