Refund delayed for over a month

Good morning all, I ordered an iPhone, but the transaction was not successful, although my account was debited. I have called the number provided in the email I received regarding my refund. Each time, I am told that the refund has been requested and will reflect in my account within 5 days.

 

However, I have called more than five times now, and each time I’m asked to wait another 5 days.

 

I would really appreciate any help or guidance the community can offer regarding this issue.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer but I'm afraid you will need to call Sky to chase it up.
