I signed up with Sky Mobile a couple of months ago via a friend referral. I used the link sent by my friend which offered a £25 bonus for each of us but we haven't received anything so I am just querying it if you can let me know.

Hi @Helen0182 you will need to call sky on 150 for help with this.

edit. Is it more than 45 days as that's the timeframe in the T&C's ?

As @63johnw has said it can take 45 days before you are asked to claim you reward so has it been this yet:

When you complete your order you need to use the unique link your friend sent to you. Once you have had your services installed, completed your first subscription payment and gone past your cooling off period, we will invite you to claim your reward via email 45 days post activation.
