Receiving calls from Sky?

I am receiving calls from Sky Help Centre from 0800 number. Are they genuine?

No one can say for sure as scammers can spoof genuine numbers.

 

But if they offer unrealistic discounts or want your account password then hang up straight away...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you answer and the caller asks for your telephone password (which a genuine Sky agent should) give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam caller.
