Receiving a call from Europe

I can not understand if I will be charged for an incoming call from Europe. So I'm in the UK but the person phoning me could be in France, or Germany. I would be grateful if anyone could clarify this for me.

No, the caller pays for any international calling charges.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
