Rearrange my delivery

Hello, I'm Kabin I've ordered for my new phone and a charger accessory in billing address. However I got my delivery of my accessory but not the phone i was home that day and I got the delivery of the accessory only and I got the mail from DPD delivery that they were unable to deliver the item safe. However, I try to track my order it shows that the item is on it's the way to sky. Unfortunately, I can't rearrange my delivery from DPD website and neither rearrange to collect from any collection shops. So, I would like to rearrange my delivery in the collecting store or post office nearest to me from my billing address. I might not be at home at the time of delivery that why I would like to collect from my nearest post office. So, regarding this issue of mine please consider it as soon as possible. Thank you.

We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky so this is something you will need to contact them about.
