Re: mobile account linked but unable to manage
I have the exact same issue and I am getting nowhere with sky to resolve this. Very frustrating. Making me want to look elsewhere for my next mobile contract

Are you logged in with the correct ID or email address because if you are not then this is why you can see the message. If you have alternative IDs or another email address you might have used with Sky then give this a go.
