I have been trying to upgrade my devices online and when I try to do it, a message keeps coming up telling me unfortunately this cannot be done at the moment and to try again later. Have been trying this for a few weeks. I then try and call 150 and cannot get through.
it says there is a problem with my account but I do not owe anything either. Really need to upgrade my devices but keep going round in circles. If someone from sky could please contact me.
