Re: 'Sorry, number does not exist'

When my partner calls me on my Sky mobile they sometimes get a message saying that the number doesn't exist. They call straight back and get through fine.

Sky, are you aware of this issue and have a fix in progress?

It's quite a problem when people call and they think that you have given them the wrong number because it says the number doesn't exist. I will have to change networks on the next renewal if this doesn't get resolved.

@Christine-Sky

If you want to report this to Sky then you need to call them on 150 because at present all you are doing is telling other customers as this is a customer helps customer forum.

Re: 'Sorry, number does not exist'

I see, thanks for the advice (and your personal time for replying). I would say probably 99% of people on this forum have misunderstood it's purpose too, because it's mostly about people asking Sky to resolve long standing issues.

I would think that a forum would be a good way for Sky to be able to gauge if it's likely to be a genuine issue, based on the number of people who have the same issue.

These types of forums typically have a couple of employees keeping an eye on the activity. Some companies even keep an eye on Reddit to get ahead of issues people are having.
